The all-rounder in the household
Like all our wood-burning ovens, the HABO 4/6 is a direct fired oven that bakes with quiescent radiant heat. It is hot after around 2-2 ½ hours of heating up and slowly and gently gives off its heat decreasingly. You can bake successively: as of 340°C pizza and flatbread,
at 280°C bread and meat, then cakes, plaited yeast buns etc.
