  • Explanation of the different wood-burning ovens
  • Producing and reworking the doughs
  • Management and tour of the production facility
  • Emptying the baking chamber
  • Baking flatbread, Swabian coarse rye bread and “Fleischkäse” (meat loaf)
  • Baking butter plaited loaves
