Our new electric flaker Max is ideal for farm shops, health food and organic food shops, hotels, bakeries and cafés. Our Max is a genuine powerhouse. With its stainless steel rollers, it rolls up to 30 kg of grain per hour. The rollers are continuously adjustable from fine to coarse. Flaker Max can not only smoothly roll oats but also many other types of grain, such as spelt, wheat, rye, emmer and einkorn. Seeds such as flaxseed, sesame and poppy as well as spices, e.g. fennel, caraway or coriander can also be processed.
