For 30 loaves of bread – The big brother
Our bestselling model for larger volumes. Per baking cycle, the INO 2006/2 has room for 30 loaves of bread. With a basic baking area of 70 x 105 cm, it is identical to the single-level INO 2006 model, but has two levels in vertical alignment. For continuous use by pizza chefs, also available with a baking temperature of up to 500 °C.
For larger volumes, our electric stone oven is also available as a 3-level model. Each level can be heated independently of the others and depending on the requirements, can be separately operated. The temperatures in the baking chamber are monitored by highly visible indicator lights. Like all our models, the oven is fully lined with firestone, guaranteeing top baking results.
Upon request, also available with 790 mm-high extra-stable base frame.
