Seminar sequence:
- Differences between flour, semolina and wholemeal when making pasta
- Making different kinds of pasta with the fully automatic pasta maker, for example basil pasta, wholemeal pasta, fresh ravioli and dessert pasta
- The correct drying and storage of pasta
- Making pizza dough with a small amount of yeast
- Independent stretching of the dough under professional guidance
- Baking the pizza in both a wood-burning oven and the electric stone oven.
